Effective October 3, 2026. By using GradePlanner you agree to these terms. If you don't, don't use it.
What it is
GradePlanner is an independent companion to Schoology. It shows grades and assignments from a Schoology login you connect and saves the plans your family adds. It isn't made by PowerSchool or your school. Official grades stay in Schoology.
Who may use it
Students and their parents or guardians. A student may connect their own Schoology login. A parent or guardian may connect a login that Schoology already links to that student. Teacher and admin accounts are turned away. Only look at data you're allowed to see.
Your Schoology connection
You approve GradePlanner on Schoology's page and can revoke it in Schoology at any time. We never receive your Schoology password. Sign out on shared computers.
What others can see
Plans and notes about a student are visible to that student and every parent linked to them, with the author's name. Don't write anything you wouldn't want them to read.
Acceptable use
Use GradePlanner for your own family's schoolwork. Don't scrape it, overload it, probe its security, or try to see another family's data.
Projections aren't promises
Projected grades and "what you need" are our calculations from the last copy of your grades. They can be wrong if the copy is out of date or a teacher changes a score. Check anything important in Schoology.
Changes to the service
We may change or stop features, pause access that breaks these terms, or take GradePlanner offline for maintenance. Schoology can also end the connection.
Liability
GradePlanner is provided as is, without warranties. We aren't liable for decisions made from a projection or for Schoology or GradePlanner being unavailable.
